From the moment we first met Sarah & Jack, it was so clear that these two wanted a wedding day that truly reflected who they are and what they love and that is exactly what they created!!
Surrounded by so many loving family members and friends, their day was filled with tears, laughter, hugs, and one incredible celebration after another. We started the morning at the gorgeous St. Edward Church in Suamico where beautiful light poured into the sanctuary and set the stage for such a fun and personalized ceremony. Every part of the day felt intentional and so uniquely them!!
After the ceremony, we headed to the Green Bay Botanical Gardens for wedding party portraits and could not have asked for a more beautiful day! Although it was definitely a little warm, the weather was absolutely perfect and the gardens created the most incredible backdrop. The whole atmosphere felt like garden party meets The Sound of Music and we captured some absolutely amazing portraits that we are so excited to share!!
One of the things we loved most about Sarah & Jack's wedding was how unapologetically themselves they were. I always tell our couples that the best weddings are the ones that embrace the things you truly love and allow your personalities to shine through. Sarah & Jack did exactly that!! From the beautiful florals and colorful details to the fun nods to Dungeons & Dragons, Star Wars, and even Disney music, every detail reflected who they are as a couple.
During cocktail hour while Tanner and I were photographing the reception space at Gather on Broadway, the smell of the amazing food mixed with Disney songs and the occasional R2-D2 noises immediately transported us back to our favorite vacation spot, Walt Disney World! It was such a fun moment and just another reminder that the best weddings are the ones that tell your story.
Something that became so evident throughout the day was just how perfect these two are together. One of our favorite things to document is the connection between couples during the quiet moments in between all of the excitement and Sarah & Jack gave us so many of those moments. They never left each other's side, embraced who they are, and celebrated their love in such a genuine and beautiful way.
We are so grateful that Sarah & Jack trusted us to tell their story and we cannot thank all of the incredible vendors enough for helping make the day run so smoothly. Thank you, Sarah & Jack, for allowing us to be part of such an unforgettable celebration. We loved every minute of it and cannot wait to share more from this incredible day!!
