Emma + Jakob
Emma & Jakob wanted their elopement photos to feel woodsy, surreal, dreamy, and the right amount of humorous… and honestly, we were SO here for it!! Spending an hour with these two in the outdoors, turning the woods into our little photo playground, was such a fun way to create something completely unique to them.
We had SO much fun leaning into the intentionally awkward “bad posing” photos, including some that feel like they came straight out of a mall portrait studio . But between all of the ridiculous poses and hilarious faces were the sweetest little moments — brushing hair out of each other’s faces, looking out for one another as they walked, and those quiet moments where they were completely wrapped up in each other.
It was such a simple little session, but it captured Emma & Jakob so perfectly. A little dreamy, a little surreal, a little chaotic, and very much in love.
